A Message from the President: Gratitude in Action

Dear NAWBO Members,

As we begin November, I’m grateful for the women who make this community what it is—each of you.

Business ownership asks a lot of us. We make tough decisions, navigate uncertainty, and carry responsibilities that aren’t always visible. Having someone to call for honest advice, a helpful introduction, or encouragement can make all the difference.

This week, I invite you to turn gratitude into one small action: reach out to a fellow member. Thank her for something she’s shared, ask what she’s working toward, or offer an introduction that could help her business. A thoughtful connection can open a door neither of you expected.

As year-end demands begin to fill our calendars, let’s make time for the relationships that sustain us. Every conversation, referral, and act of encouragement helps build a chapter where women business owners can grow and succeed together.
