Tenicia Moulden is the founder and managing attorney of Moulden Law, PLLC, where she serves as The Entrepreneur’s Lawyer. With over 15 years of experience, she is dedicated to helping first-generation and growth-stage entrepreneurs build their businesses, protect their brands, and own everything they create.

Erica Foondle

Erica Foondle is a financial professional, labor advocate, and community leader with more than two decades of experience advancing financial literacy, equity, and access to opportunity. She currently serves as Director of Business Development for East Michigan at Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU), where she focuses on building meaningful partnerships with communities, employer groups, and organizations to expand financial access for individuals and entrepreneurs across the region.
A graduate of Wayne State University’s Labor Studies program, Erica brings a people-centered approach to economic development rooted in collaboration, education, and trust. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to strengthening communities, supporting small businesses, and creating sustainable pathways to long-term financial success throughout Southeast and East Michigan.
Erica’s leadership extends beyond her professional role. She served as a key organizer of the Detroit March for Public Education, advocating for equitable access to quality education in underserved communities. She is also an active member of the Women United Committee with United Way of Southeast Michigan, where she supports initiatives promoting equity, economic stability, and community well-being.
Grounded in mentorship and service, Erica credits much of her leadership development to the guidance of her mentor, Yolanda Serra. She is supported by her husband, Nathan, a proud member of IUOE Local 324, and takes great pride in her children, Kenneth and Samantha, as they pursue careers in medicine. Erica leads with compassion, purpose, and a steadfast dedication to building inclusive, thriving communities.

Doris Hage is a seasoned entrepreneur, workforce development expert, and strategic consultant
with over 20 years of experience bridging talent and opportunity. As the Founder and CEO of
Life on Purpose Detroit, Doris has pioneered a "purpose-first" methodology that empowers
youth and adults to overcome systemic barriers and secure sustainable, meaningful
employment.
A Legacy of Entrepreneurship & Education
Doris’s workforce development journey began at age 24, when she successfully launched her
first post-secondary school in the film industry. Since then, she has been instrumental in the
development of five post-secondary institutions, helping them scale and navigate complex
funding landscapes, including VA and WIOA. Her expertise in school operations and curriculum
development has made her a sought-after consultant for vocational and trade schools seeking
to maximize student placement and gainful employment.
Strategic Impact & Community Leadership
A recognized leader in the Detroit business community, Doris is a graduate of the Goldman
Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and was recently honored as the 2026 Micro
Business of the Year by Michigan Celebrates Small Business. Her impact is felt through highlevel partnerships with:
