Dr. Emily Jacobs is a board-certified Doctor of Nursing, author, keynote speaker, and leadership coach dedicated to helping high-achieving women move from burnout to breakthrough. With over 20 years in healthcare leadership, she brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise, realworld leadership, and transformational coaching to the stage. Dr. Jacobs is the founder of Empowered Moms, a national community of 1300+ supporting women through life’s biggest transitions. Elizabeth Eiten
Boketto Center
Elizabeth Eiten (she/her) holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and a Specialist in Aging certificate from the University of Michigan, along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through trauma recovery, as well as providing compassionate care for those facing death, grief, and loss. Trained in EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Safe and Sound Protocol, somatic therapies, and psychedelic-assisted therapies, Elizabeth offers a humanistic and holistic approach to person-centered care—integrating mindfulness meditation and art healing.
As the founder of Boketto Center in Royal Oak, Michigan, Elizabeth has cultivated a trauma-informed, social justice-oriented environment that prioritizes safety, stability, and empowerment for both clients and therapists. Currently, she is furthering her business expertise through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, with an expected graduation in December 2025.
Beyond her professional work, Elizabeth is deeply passionate about nature, animals, spirituality, energy healing, and shamanism. When she’s not working or learning, you’ll find her hiking, engaging in creative projects, or spending quality time with her partner and beloved fur babies

Tinetta K. Wilson is a passionate entrepreneur, licensed caterer, and beauty industry veteran with over 26 years of experience. She is the owner of Netta’s Hibachi LLC, a mobile hibachi and soul food business established in 2020 that has become known for bold flavors and creative community engagement. Before launching her food venture, Tinetta built a thriving career in cosmetology, earning recognition in magazines, beauty expos, and industry showcases.
Dedicated to lifelong learning and community impact, she has completed multiple small business fellowships, chef residencies, and entrepreneurship programs, She has gained a numerous of Business Certifications as well as State Certified Administrative Assistant Certification. Tinetta has completed online Executive Entrepreneur program with Cornell University and while also serving as a mentor and advocate for youth and small business owners. Tinetta’s mission is to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs by sharing resources, guidance, and inspiration to help them thrive.
