Ursula Scroggs is president/managing Diretor of DKSS CPAs + Advisors. She joined Derderian, Kann, Seyferth & Salucci, P.C. in 1973 as a high school co-op stu- dent and progressed with the firm to her current position as President and Managing Director. In addition to this role, she works with businesses and their owners in all areas of planning, financial management, tax consulting and performance improvement.

- Advises family-owned businesses in succession planning, wealth transfer planning, succeeding generation coaching and other transition issues

- Assists clients in mergers, acquistions and sales of businesses including negotiations, due diligence and tax -advantaged planning and structuring of transactions
- Designated audit shareholder with firm-wide responsibility for the quality of the firm’s ERISA employee benefit plan audit practice
