Marilyn is President and Chief Financial Officer for 98Forward LLC, where she manages the PR and communications agency’s finances and operations, which includes budgets, financial forecasting, billing, human resources records, vendor/supplier compliance and vendor/business certifications. She purchased the agency (formerly Berg Muirhead and Associates) in 2015. Prior to this she was Vice President of Berg Muirhead & Associates, after serving four years in the role of Director of Administration. She has over 30 years of finance experience from Henderson Financial and National City Bank and owned and operated a private financial practice for 18 years. She serves on several committees for the Michigan Minority Supplier Diversity Council, the National Association of Women Business Owners Detroit Chapter, Second Ebenezer Church and The Notary Society.
