Charlon Hibbard, an Independent Premier Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics, left teaching after the birth of her twin sons for the flexibility, fun, and company culture of Mary Kay Cosmetics so she could be a stay-at-home mom and earn her income on her terms.
Her focus is to help individuals achieve great natural looking skin, and/or a professional-polished appearance. Her team of 85+ consultants look to her for mentoring, goal setting and education as she leads by example. She brings her 41 years of experience to every team member and to her customers. Transitioning her business to a hybrid approach she does both in person and virtual parties and meetings.
Charlon’s Mary Kay awards include six diamond rings for top sales and the use of 21 Mary Kay cars.
In her volunteer roles, she is on the Board of Directors of NAWBO GDC plus PVM’s, The Village of St. Martha. On winter weekends, she will be found on the ski slopes as a member of the National Ski Patrol where she is Northern Michigan’s Women’s Advisor. Charlon has been awarded a coveted National Number #12091. She takes pride in being the third member of her family to earn this award along with her husband, Jim, and his father. Last year she earned her 50 years of service award.
