Ms. Marshall is senior director, global diversity solutions and leads the supplier diversity and inclusion initiatives at Kelly. She is responsible for developing strategies, designing processes and building alliances that support the organization’s overall strategic direction for Supplier Diversity & Inclusion.
Ms. Marshall joined Kelly in 1997 and brings over 24 years of business leadership, management and consulting experience in workforce strategies, with 19 years as a diversity specialist. Throughout her career she has established collaborative relationships that drive diverse participation in the supply chain process and deliver innovative solutions to support Kelly and our client initiatives.
Ms. Marshall is president of the Board for Diversity Information Resources and the Council of Supplier Diversity Professionals. In addition, she serves on the Blended Collective Multi-Cultural Advisory Board.
In recognition of her leadership and commitment to the emerging business community, Kelly was recently named a 2021 “Top10 Global Champion” for SD&I by WEConnect International; 2020 “Top Corporation” by WBENC; 2021 “Corp of Year” by MMSDC; 2020 ”Corp of the Year” by National Minority Supplier Development Council; 2018 “Women of Excellence” award by Michigan Chronicle; 2018 “Legacy” award by Great Lakes Women’s Business Council; and 2018 “Top 100 Leaders” in Diversity by WE USA, to name a few.
