Directions
The pandemic took the stress of blending personal and professional obligations to a whole new level. The pandemic didn’t create the working caregiver’s struggle. But it made it impossible to ignore. Have you considered the mental and emotional impact of the pandemic on working parents/caregivers at your organization or among your external partners? Should we return to business-as-usual?
If you are a parent/caregiver or have caregivers on your team, gain insights that will make this year a launch pad for success at work and at home. Attending this Circle of Learning you will:
- Understand how balancing work and the unusual school year is affecting careers and mental health
- Learn to support working parents/caregivers balancing family, school and a career
- Identify actions you can take to support innovation and creativity at home and at work
