Dear NAWBO Sisters,

The holiday season is here and one event you won't want to miss out this season is our Annual Holiday Extravaganza on Thursday, December 7 at the Silver Garden Event Center in Southfield. Attending this event is a great way to reconnect with fellow members, corporate sponsors and other friends of NAWBO-GDC. There will be a number of women-owned vendors including some young female entrepreneurs offering unique holiday gifts including cosmetics, jewelry, handbags and food products. The evening will also include wonderful food and live entertainment. Part of the proceeds benefit NAWBO/EXCEL which promotes, encourages and mentors girls and young women to become entrepreneurs. So purchase your ticket today by registering online here

Our Public Policy committee plans to increase outreach to legislators but to do this we really need to hear what are your most pressing needs and roadblocks women business owners and generally women in the workforce face. Please help us define what those issues are by answering our very short survey here.
